The Mississauga Ontario Health Team believes that we cannot re-imagine our healthcare system without meaningful engagement from the patients, clients, families and caregivers who make up the Mississauga community. Our Patient, Family and Community Engagement Strategy provides an overview of how we will plan and action both innovative and equitable health system improvements alongside the people we serve, in an effort to create an interconnected system of care.
