Together, our vision is to improve the health of people in our community by creating an interconnected system of care across the continuum, from prenatal care to birth to end-of-life and bereavement.
The care we provide will address physical, mental, social and emotional well-being, and will be reliable, high quality and grounded in exceptional experiences and sustainability, delivering on the Quadruple Aim.

for your health
Mississauga Health is guided by a Collaboration Council made up of a diverse group of partners who are committed to creating a seamless system of care and improving population health.
Our partnership of member and affiliate organizations represent primary care, home care, community care, acute care, long-term care, social services, associations, and community organizations.
Membership and affiliation is non-binding at this time. As Mississauga Health is implemented, we will refine membership to ensure alignment with Mississauga Health priorities and provincial policies and guidelines, including procurement.
We are on a journey to improve health care in this community together and our work is just beginning. Mississauga Health will continue to work with partners and the Ministry of Health to advance health care in the community.
