COVID @ Home Monitoring Program
Mississauga Health and its collaborating partners have implemented the COVID @ Home Monitoring Program to support health care providers caring for COVID-19 positive patients in their practice. This program helps to early identify patients with COVID-19, monitor symptoms and deliver care through virtual visits. This program enhances care provided in primary care settings and a dedicated virtual care team provides support for patients in the comfort of their homes.
