Welcome to the Mississauga Ontario Health Team – also known as Mississauga Health.
As one of 58 Ontario Health Teams across the province, we are dedicated to strengthening an interconnected health care system. Alongside our 90 members of diverse health care and social service organizations and providers, we’re focused on building a local infrastructure that enables us to come together and deliver equitable, timely access to health care by integrating expertise and perspectives across the health care continuum.
Our goal is to integrate health care plans, support providers and innovate to address disparities, all while simplifying access and improving the overall health of our communities.
