Mississauga Health is guided by a Collaboration Council made up of a diverse group of partners who are committed to creating a seamless system of care and improving population health.
Our partnership of member and affiliate organizations represent primary care, home care, community care, acute care, long-term care, social services, associations, and community organizations.
